New SCMR Website

The SCMR website had evolved for over 10 years, but had never been redesigned from the ground up.
The web committee working with a new company, Fragment media have done this.
We have kept the old 'look' for the moment.

The key differences are:

1. Hosting and development budgets separate - we can develop new features each year for SCMR members - 20 days of developer time are available for the features you want in the future.
2. An editorial team.  Different parts of the website can be edited by different people (eg news team, case of the week etc)
3. Latest technologies.  We are still developing new parts of the website -
   eg a web forum, likely to go live beginning of 2010
   embedded movies in the site
   clustrmaps
   new standardised cases
   rss feeds
   better courses (beginning of 2010)
4. Easier admin. Uploading and changing the website easier. This uses the CMS MODx
